Believe Movie *Spoiler Alert*

The day after Christmas me and my best friend went to go see the Believe movie. I can honestly say it was great. In Justin Bieber's previous movie Never Say Never. It was all about the story of how he became famous. This movie is a little bit different. This is more of the story of his worldwide tour. All the drama with the media in the last year.

The interview that this almost the building  blocks for the movie was released for one of his "Film Fridays" just a couple weeks ago. The "Film Fridays" are when he released one of his songs from "Music Mondays" (which I already talked about when they started) when his fans got the song to number one on the itunes chart we got a video from the believe movie. Then after about the 8th week of the music Mondays he released 6 more songs and made all of the "Music Mondays" songs one album called "The Journals". When you buy the rest of the songs it also comes with a video diary from when he was in the Philippians and a trailer of the Believe movie. Then the next week is when the Believe movie came out.

The movie was truly very honest. I will honestly admit that I cried twice during the movie. One time it was talking about Avalanna. Avalanna had a rare form of cancer. She loved Justin. She had a fake wedding at her hospital with her card board cut out of him. The whole thing was posted on facebook page made for her. Somehow Justin found out about it and wanted to meet her while he was in New York. They hit off right away. They played board games together. She called him her husband. It was so cute. They started hanging out more and more. Her condition started getting worse. Then on the first night of the Believe tour is the day that she passed away. Justin was just devastated, he loved her so much. That night there wasn't a One Less Lonely Girl" picked from the crowd. It was a slideshow of Avalanna. Justin was crying that night when he was singing. Also in the movie when it was brought up. He again was crying. She was a big part of his life before the tour.

This movie also made me laugh. There were a lot of funny parts in it. You will just have to see it for your self to find out what they are. Another part of this movie I really like was that you got to see Justin in the studio. No, Not just him singing but writing the songs figuring out how he wants them to sound. Just the whole creation process is really cool.  If you are fan of him go see this movie. If you are a hater go see this movie. If you don't know who he is see "Never Say Never" then go see this movie. Point is go see this movie.

X Factor Finale

I have been so busy this last week. I have fallen behind on the "X Factor". So I spent all day yesterday catching up. Let me just say if you look back to my first post on the "X Factor" all of the people I liked have been eliminated. In the semi finals it was Jeff Gutt, Carlito Olivero, Alex & Sierra and Restless Road.

Jeff Gutt auditioned last season. I liked him then because a lot of the people that audition either want to be top 40 radio or country. Jeff Gutt is a rocker. Last season he didn't make it to the live shows unfortunately. I love his story and everyone loves his son. If you don't know his story he had a kid and then didn't get to see him that often because of his ex-wife. Now he is with him all time and he is just so cute.

Now to Carlito Olivero. Here is what bothers me about Carlito. I feel like  he  is not consistently good. In the beginning of the competition, he was just alright. Then during the live shows he was in bottom two, two weeks in a row. Then all of sudden once it got close to the end he was great. Not only that when he was in the bottom two he would always have the same speech. It was about how he didn't come from much and he just wanted to give back to his family and he is a fighter and he will keep fighting. He says it every time he was on camera it was annoying. I understand it's sad and you can tell your story once. You don't have to tell the same story every time you are camera.  

Then there is Restless Road. I love them. They are a country group. I am not even a fan of country music and they are just great. They all auditioned separately. But before the live shows when they were eliminating a bunch of people the judges decided to put these three together as a group. My favorite performance by them is when they sang Luke Bryan. 

Last but not least Alex and Sierra. I like them a lot I like there take on songs they always make their own. They are also dating which makes it cute. They were the winners of this years "X Factor" I love their relationship. Sierra always looks to Alex for strength during a song. It's adorable.You can just see the love when they perform. This is their final song. The thing that bothers me about them is that year they are really good. But I don't think you will see them after the X Factor. I know I will see the other semi finalists after the show.  They are all really good. Alex and Sierra are more of coffee shop singers. What if they break up? You can't have one with out the other.

Overall this year on X-factor was good. I loved most of the judges. There were a lot of great performers. I didn't really have one favorite I just loved everybody!

Duck Dynasty

I use to never watch "Duck Dynasty", my uncle would always rave about it. Then just this season my family got into it. We love it we watch every episode. We love how real there family is. My favorite episode is the one when John Luke (Willie's son) got his wisdom teeth out. It is seriously so funny. Here is a video of it If you haven't seen it yet. There whole family is so funny. The things that come out of their mouth, you are just like what who thinks like that.

If you haven't heard Phil from the show has been suspended. He has been suspended because he opened up about his opinion on gay people. A&E have always been big supporters of the LGBT community. They didn't want his opinions to reflect their network. Phil is very strong in his faith. I respect that. He knows his stuff about the bible and he is firm in his beliefs. A lot of the things he says he believes gets cut from the show to stop controversy. Well he had an interview with "GQ" and he opened up about what he can't say on TV. One of them being gay people. His quote straight from the interview says "It seems like, to me, a vagina - as a man - would be more desirable than a man's anus. That's just me. I'm just thinking: There's more there! She's got more to offer. I mean come on, dudes! You know what I'm saying? But hey, sin: It's not logical, my man. It's not just logical." Wow there is a lot there.

To me it seems like he is just stating what he believes. I'm not saying I agree with him. I'm just saying that it is his beliefs and I think it is not fair that he is being cut from the show for his beliefs. Not all of america is for gay rights. If they were we would have a law passed  by now. I understand that isn't what A&E believes either. But it's not like they fought over it they just straight up cut him. It's not like A&E told him no to say anything he believes. He was getting interviewed as his own person not from the show. "GQ" obviously came to interview him for a reason. They were interested in him not the company he is associated with.

In his religion being gay is a sin. But also in his religion everybody sins that is what perpetrates them from God. All sins are the same. No sin is worse than the other. It isn't like Phil came out and said he hated gay people he just said that it is a sin and what he believed about it. I think A&E are over reacting a little bit. I think they need to sit back and look at the whole situation then take care of it appropriately

Sharkeshia

Everyone I know is talking about Sharkeshia. Last week I just heard about the story from some friends. I obviously got the over dramatic version. I am going to attach the video but let me worn you that it is graphic. The reason there was a fight was over a boy.

I think that Sharkeshia is be being publicized for the wrong reasons. She beat the heck out of this girl over a boy and becomes an internet sensation for it. It just doesn't make any sense. Recently though I found out she went to jail for what she did. I think she made a couple mistakes. The first and obvious one is beating this girl up. The second one is filming it. Especially in this day and age things like this spread so quickly around the internet.  In the original version it starts out with the two girls talking but you can't hear what they are saying so it looks like all of sudden Sharkeshia just punches her in the face out of the blue. She didn't even punch her with her fist it was more of with her wrist. As if that wasn't enough Sharkeshia went even farther and started really punching her. Then she started kicking her. That is when her friends started jumping in. If  I was Sharkeshia's friend I would have ended it before it started. Listen to me if I was her friend it just doesn't seem likely. 

I feel bad for the girl that got beat up by Sharkeshia. I know I don't know the whole story of why Sharkeshia was mad at the girl in the first place. I do know that she didn't deserve anything she got. She was brutally attacked. I know that after the fight that one of her eye was swollen shut and her lip was all busted up. There is one thing I don't understand, why the girl didn’t start fighting Sharkeshia back. I mean she had the chance too.  There are a lot of answered questions to this story. But one thing for sure is what Sharkeisha did wasn't right.  She shouldn't be getting the attention she is getting. Like the video said people are acting like she won a televised boxing event. 

I hope that Sharkeshia learns her lesson in jail. I also hope that karma comes right back around. All my thoughts and prayers got to the other girl in her recovery. What happened isn't right. More people should be concerned about the other girl not Sharkeshia.

Dumbest Rumor Ever

So I was scrolling through my news feed on twitter. I stumbled upon the hashtag #RIPJustinBieber. There was a link so me being curious I clicked on the picture. The head line says "Justin Bieber Found Dead After Snorting Too Many Marijuanas". First of all you don't snort marijuana. Then the article basically goes to say that Justin died in his hotel room in Argentina by overdosing on marijuana. To overdose on Marijuana you would need to smoke 1,500 pounds in 15 minutes which impossible. In the article it says that he took 7 times what it takes to kill someone. 

This article is obviously not true. But they could have at least done their research. It wasn't that difficult to find out how much weed you need to consume to overdose. Justin could have been smoking weed in his hotel room. This entertainment page could have found out he was smoking marijuana but then extremely stretched the truth and now they just look stupid. Because he is obviously not dead. People think just because he isn’t posting picture or tweeting that he must be dead. Why can’t he just take a break from technology once and a while? Why does he always have to doing something on social media or people think he is dead. Thinking about it now it is kind of ridiculous. We aren’t constantly tweeting and posting. If we do we are annoying.  So why is it a necessity that celebrities have to.

I am so sick of people making stupid rumors about him dying. When he dies I think his management will be the first one to tell the world not internet. It is kind of sad we can't rely on the internet for things like this. If you have to try to find the story on multiple sites to know if it is really true. The internet should a source of information not away to spread rumors and lies about people. Especially people like celebrities who already have enough to worry about in their life. 

The thing about there always being rumors about Justin Bieber dying is that when he does actually die, nobody is going to believe it. They will just think it is just another rumor. I think it is going to terrible. I can't even imagine what it is going to be like. I know I will be numb for a while. 

New Shows Coming In January

With the New Year comes New Shows. There are two in particular that I am looking forward too. One of them is the new season of "Pretty Little Liars" If you haven't been watching "Pretty Little Liars" yet I would start watching them on Netflix over Christmas break. Also I wouldn't continue reading there is going to be a spoiler. Now with last Halloween special it was left with a terrible cliff hanger. We now know for sure who A is. But Ally is still alive and has some connections with Ezra. Who is A. Finding out that Ezra is A is making me second guess everything in the whole series. I have started reading the books to see if there is anything that could lead me to connect Ezra somewhere else as being A. But so far no luck.  In this season we are trying to figure out why Ally is so scared of Ezra. What does Ezra have on Ally? Another question I have is, if Ally is still alive then who is buried in her grave? I have so many un-answered questions. That is the thing with this show, you watch it trying to find answers but the time the hour is up you are left with more questions then you had before and no answers. That is how they keep you watching. It will be interesting to see what goes on this season. If you can't wait till January and you wish that this show was on nonstop, there is a trailer for next season. I hope this show never ends. But if you are wondering when the next season starts it starts on January 7th at 8 pm on ABC Family. 

The next show I can't wait to start is "Teen Wolf". I have been watching "Teen Wolf" since the first season aired. There is one little problem though. I am behind on last season. I watched like 2 episodes of last season. When I was finally going to catch up we got a new DVR box so I lost everything. Even worse it's not on Netflix. I guess I will have to look out for a marathon on MTV. After looking up when the new season will start, I found some things out. One of the is that the producers of "Teen Wolf" split this season up and did 12 episodes over the summer and now the last 12 are going to start January 6th on MTV.

Frozen *spoiler alert*

I saw the movie Frozen over Thanksgiving. It was so freaking adorable. I must say that it wasn't what I expected. The first trailer I saw was this one it was with Olaf. He is the snowman and the reindeer is Hans. The story line of it is totally different. It is about two sisters who happen to be royalty. The oldest one, Elsa,  has the power to create ice and snow. When the girls were younger they were playing in the main hall and an accident occurred. The youngest sister, Anna, was struck with Elsa's ice. After that Anna has no memory of Elsa's power. So Anna thinks that her and her sister grew apart. Elsa accidentally turned the whole city in to ice and snow. The problem is that right now the city they were in it is summer. The story goes on about the sisters and how they try to bring summer back. 

Another thing I didn't expect from the movie was it was almost a musical. At first I wasn't so sure about how I felt about it. But by the end I was used to it and some of the songs were catchy. I feel like that at some parts of the movies they just added songs at random parts. One of the charters would be having a conversation and it would just turn into a song. 

Overall this movie was really good. This movie was good for children and adults. They also had some good puns in there with Olaf the Snowman. I think Olaf was one of the cutest parts of the movie. He is just so blunt and out there. He is also slightly awkward. My favorite thing he says is when he is singing a song about how he never has experienced summer. In the line of song he says "Winter is a good time to sit close and cuddle but put me in summer and I will be ...." he looks down at a puddle and says ".. a Happy Snowman!!!!" I love it you would totally expect him to say a puddle. 

If you haven't seen this movie I totally recommend it. It was so cute. It is one my favorite recent Disney movie. I feel like it had the perfect balance for the whole family. 

R.I.P. Paul Walker

After a great Thanksgiving and all of the black Friday shopping, everyone was thinking about going back to work the next day when something tragic happened on November 30th. That is when the news started to spread. The first place I saw the news that Paul Walker was dead was on tmz.com. I didn't know if it was real or not because there have been rumors about other celebrities dying. With the other celebrities in the end it just ended up being a rumor.

On Saturday night when I saw it on Tmz the page wouldn't load. This made me even more suspicious about it. Maybe this is all just a hoax, but as I looked more into it his Facebook page had something posted about it and so did Good Morning America. On his Facebook fan page on Saturday night at 9:11pm central time, this is what it said. "It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity even for his organization "Reach Out Worldwide". He was a passenger in a friend's car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to condolence. -#TeamPW"

Paul Walker has always been my favorite actor in all of the Fast and Furious movies. I remember watching the first one with my step-dad and ever since then we have watched all 7 of the movies. I think that it is so sad they he died at the age of 40. He left behind his longtime girlfriend and also his 15 year old daughter. It is so sad that he had to die at such a young age. I think it is awesome how is fans are putting mementos at the scene of the crash.

On CNN.com I was trying to see what is now going 0n with the investigation of it and the pages is just struggling to load. I saw on TMZ.com that there were rumors going around that Walker should have been able to escape the scene of the accident. Of course those rumors were not true. Another rumor going around is that Paul Walker's daughter, Meadow, was at the charity event. This rumor was also not true and was confirmed on his Facebook fan page. There is also a tribute video that was made to honor him.

This video brought tears to my eyes and I definitely recommend watching it. The video was made by the Fast and Furious Facebook page. The caption on it says from The Fast Family. I think his death is going to be a tough one to get over. He had a pretty big fan base. With two million followers on his Twitter page and 12.6 million on his Facebook fan page. He is going to be deeply missed. There also has been a break in production of the newest Fast & Furious film. We’ll have to see where the franchise goes from here, if anywhere.

Selena Gomez at Jingle Ball

Selena Gomez was in Los Angeles on December 6th for the KISS FM 2013 Jingle Ball. First of all she didn't look good at all. I found this picture of her on www.eonline.com.

She was singing one of her hit songs, the sound and video people were having technical difficulties. After getting sick of the technical difficulties at the end of her song she said "What the F***. It wasn't seen on the jumbo screen but it was heard on the mic. Even though I don't like Selena Gomez, I feel like before she wasn't like your average Disney channel star.  But her actions lately lead me to believe that she is. It is sad that we have a stereo type for Disney channel stars. Why do they all have to be train wrecks? Most of the older Disney starts are living their lives without doing drugs or cussing on stage or dressing inappropriately.

Anyway the technical difficulties proceeded through her song "Come and Get It". She didn't even finish the set before she walked off stage. I think she needs to take a breather. If you are frustrated that easily you need a break. It's not like the paparazzi was there and in her face. If that were the case I could understand a little more. But she is doing "what she loves"  and performing for fans. Not to compare her to her ex-boyfriend, but I am gonna do it anyway. When Justin Bieber was on his tour for the Believe tour, he was doing a show at the Apollo theater and they were having sound difficulties. So he just started playing his guitar and sang along with his fans without a mic. I feel like that was a great way to improvise. It was also something that not every fan can take away from a performance.

Point of my whole rant is that Selena made the whole situation worse by freaking out. She could of  kept calm and explained to her fans what happened. This just makes my dislike for her grow. I feel like that after Disney she is kind of ruining her image. I think the reason that Disney stars rebel so much is because they have so many rules and restrictions that they have to follow from Disney. Then there show is over.  They feel they are free to do whatever they want. Then they rebel and get out of control.

Amanda Bynes (then and now)

Tonight as I was watching Teen Nick was on. I was watching "All That". Amanda Bynes was on the original episodes. She was so adorable. She has her own skit called "Ask Ashley". This got me thinking about Amanda's Career. After "All That" she has her own show, "The Amanda Show". I also loved this show. Every show she does is really funny. All the skits she has done she really funny. 

Then through Amanda's teen years she still did the "Amanda Show". She also did some movies.  She was in "She's The Man" which is still a great movie. It is almost as good as "Mean Girls". 

She was also in the remake of "Hairspray" Even more recently she was in "Easy A"  I love Amanda Bynes as an actress. She can take on any role and rock it. In between doing movies, as she got older she also did another show, "What I Like About You." 

Recently though Amanda has kind of lost her mind. I don't understand how celebrities get crazy like this. I understand how celebrities go through a lot of hate. I know that I don't know the whole situation. But Amanda Bynes hasn't been in the lime light recently. Until she started tweeting rude things at other celebrities. She tweeted at Rihanna basically saying that she deserved to get beat by Chris Brown. She also tweeted about how ugly Zac Efron is. I know that this is only a matter of personal opinion. Many people may disagree with her. Then we run into problem of is this bullying or freedom of speech.  Also during this time Amanda got a lot of DUI’s. Her friends and family tried to help her. Anyone who tried to help she just pushed them away. She only surrounded herself with partying and people who were okay with her decisions. She also wears wigs all the time. Another thing she did to cover up her mistakes, she tried to tell people that there was an imposter of her. She was saying that the girl just looked like her except with red hair, and Amanda has blonde hair. Needless to say nobody believed her.

I just miss Amanda as the cute little girl as Ashley. She is so good at what she does. I wonder why she stopped acting. Now I am going to continue watching Teen Nick and try to go to sleep. 

Monsters University *SPOILER ALERT*

“Monsters University” just came out this week on Blu-ray and DVD. I saw this movie in theaters this summer.  Let me just start out by saying “Monsters Inc.” and “Lilo and Stitch” were my favorite Disney movies growing up. I watched them all the time. I still haven’t seen a Disney and Pixar movie as good as those two since then. I seriously aspired to be Boo when I was little. Anyway, when I heard that “Monsters University” was coming out I was so excited. I couldn't wait to see it. The hype for it was big. Also everyone enjoyed the first one so they all thought that the prequel will also be good.

After seeing the movie I was sadly disappointed. I don't know if I expected too much of movie or if it just hyped up too much. It just wasn't as good as the original. It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be either. The movie was predictable. What you couldn't predict you saw in the previews for the movie. I felt like Pixar and Disney could have made it an extra or a onetime episode and called it good. I don't think they needed a whole movie to describe how Mike and Sully became best friends in college. I feel like the prequel was good idea. Showing the back story to how Mike and Sully became best friends, but not for 104 minutes.

I will say that “Monsters U” had some good one liners in it. The movie also has some sentimental moments in it.  Not enough though to make it great.   I think Pixar and Disney's goal was to bring back the monsters was to appeal to kids now and to the kids that grew up with the movie. I bet the movie would be good to someone who had never seen the movie. Another thing that has come out of this movie is all of the merchandise that you can buy. I remember seeing Monster U school supplies and stuffed animals of all the characters. Now with it coming out on DVD they have even more toys you can buy. In one of the ads this morning I saw “Monster University” iPod 5 cases. 

Now I am not saying “Monsters University” was a bad movie because it wasn't, it was just kind of a letdown compared to the original. You aren't going to be impressed by it. If you haven't seen the original "Monsters inc."  You need to watch "Monster University" first. 

 

Nothing Has Been The Same

Drake's new album "Nothing Has Been The Same" has been out for a little over a month. His first single was "Started From The Bottom". Granite that song is catchy, but I can only listen to so much of it before I start to get annoyed. The song is so repetitive; the chorus goes on for about half the song. The whole song is basically "Started from the bottom now we here, Started from the bottom now my whole team here" It can get quite annoying. I like the story behind the song.

If you don't know Drake's real name is Aubrey Drake Graham. He just goes by his middle name. He originally started on a Canadian show called Degrassi he plays a guy named Jimmy Brooks. I watched Degrassi when Drake was on it before he became the rapper he is today. When Drake first came out as rapper I didn't realize it was him.

The next single that was released was "Hold On We're Going Home" This is one of my favorite songs on the album. The song is basically about a girl. He is so in love with this girl it’s the only thing he has eyes for. He just wants to be her! When he says "hold on we're going home" he is saying that when they are around each other they can be themselves. They don't have to put on a show for the cameras. It's basically letting you walls come down around that special someone. 

My personal favorite on the album is "All Me" This song is about how Drake is where he is now. He did it all on his own. He has had the same producer producing all of his songs. This just talks about how Drake got to where he is by himself. He did it with little help. Not only that but he has most number 1's compared to any other rapper. In the song he says something about why are you guys wasting your breath when I am already the best.

Overall Drake's new album is overall really good in my opinion. I feel like all of the songs on the album could be a hit. They are all really good. They each have their own story behind them. Drake has always been really good at that though. His songs are always honest and true. He is a good rapper but doesn't make words or stories up. He uses real life experiences.  I really like Drake he is great at what he does.

The Conjuring *SPOILER ALERT*

I first saw The Conjuring in theaters this summer. Tonight I watched it again. I still can't get over how scary it is. This movie starts of scary. In other scary movies almost half the movie is building up the story line. They don't mess around. It starts off with this demonic spirit taking over a doll. The story line goes that this family of seven moves in to a new house. Away from everything especially the city. This family has 5 daughters. Well weird things start happening right away. Like the dog refuses to go into the house and then the next morning dies. After things get worse they get in contact with Ed and Loraine Warren. They are paranormal investigators.  Well in effort to get rid of some of the things haunting their property... There is a lot. The mom gets possessed by this dark spirit. Not only that but it latched on to Ed and Loraine, which affected their daughter. 

I am not even going to lie after the movie was over I made my dad  had to walk me upstairs turn on my light and my T.V. I also made him flip my mirror around. If you have seen the movie you know what I am talking about.  (I can't give the whole movie away.) This movie is not your average paranormal investigation movie. It takes it to a whole new level. It says that this movie is based on a true story. This is hard to tell, because if you tried to look up the family in the movie, you are going to end up on a site that is going to scam you and try to scare you. That is the hardest part of movies like this. There is no way to tell if it is a true story. The movie producers could have gotten the picture at the end of the movie from anywhere. Then claim it to be the family in the movie. Another thing I like about this movie is that it is based in the 70's. There is no modern technology. You can tell from what they wear and the furniture in their house that this movie isn't modern. I think this completes the whole idea of a ghost story.

Chris Brown at it Again.

Chris Brown is still on probation after him assaulting Rhianna. Well he is back at it again. There are two sides of every story. The side of the victim and the side of assaulter. Well according to the victim Chris Brown was taking a picture with two girls. The victim and his friend tried to photo bomb the picture. Chris Brown flipped out when he found out. Chris Brown yelled "I'm not into this gay **** I'm into boxing”. Chris Brown then punched the guy in the face and broke his nose. He is going to need surgery.

Chris Brown's side is that the two girls were trying to get on his tour bus. As the girls were trying to get on the tour bus. Chris Brown's Body guard tried to stop them while at the same time so did the victim and his friend.  Chris Brown was not under the influence. 

Chris Brown and his body guard were both arrested. They were in Washington D.C. In Washington you can't post bail. Until he can go in front of a judge tomorrow he will stay in jail. I think that Chris Brown really hit the guy. It's not like his track record is great. I mean he still on probation after assaulting Rhianna. The victim said he would of accepted an apology at the scene but Chris brown didn't apologize therefore the victim already got a lawyer and is going to press charges. The victim is not only mad about being punched in the face for photo bombing (which it's not like its insulting, it is fun and everybody does it.) He is also mad at what Chris Brown said to him. It was unnecessary and rude. There was no need to make gay slur. 

I think once again Chris Brown blew things way out of portion. Just like everything since Rhianna. He has gotten into a lot of altercations with a lot of different people.  He got in a fight with Drake over Rhianna, just a couple of month ago.  I think he just needs a break from everybody, the media, fans just everything. Just time for himself to find himself again find out whom he was when he first became an artist. I feel like everything is getting to him and he is going to have a big outburst. Bigger than anything he has ever done before. These little altercations are just leading up to something worse.

Kale

Kale is known to be the healthiest food. It is the latest hype in nutrition. When kale is steamed it can lower cholesterol. It can also lower the risk for five different cancers. It is also known as a detox. It has a lot of nutrients in it. I wanted to see what all the hype is about. Some of the hype has come from celebrities, lots of celebrities eat it from Jennifer Aniston, Khole Kardashian, and Kelly Rowland.  Here are some of things people are hyped about it is full of antioxidants. It has a lot of omega 3. Omega 3 =brain power. Omega 3 also boosts your heart's health this reduces the risk of diabetes 2. It has 36 calories and 5 grams of fiber. This pretty much cleanses you intestines. It also has more calcium per calorie. This isn’t always a good thing. For your body to absorb calcium it needs magnesium. Well kale also has a lot of magnesium. Kale also has 134% of your daily vitamin C. Yes all of these things are great and great for your body. If it doesn't taste good, I am not going to force myself to eat it. 

 I think it would be disgusting. I have heard from some people that it tastes like soft cooked squash. Well I already don't like the sound of it. On www.whfoolds.com it says that it has earthy flavor. That reminds me of what grass taste like. Ew! Some people say kale has a bitter taste and a soft texture. Others say it taste like dirt and has a rough taste. I think with all things it depends on the person and what they like. To me this doesn't even sound appetizing. 

It is part of the brassica family, which includes Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collards, broccoli, and cauliflower. They are very easy to grow. It can grow in colder temperatures. Areas that produce a light frost can make kale taste sweeter.  Kale can be pretty expensive at the store but if don’t have greenest thumb it maybe the best option. If not you can grow it yourself. I kind of think of kale as tofu. I have never tried kale, but if I had to guess it probably doesn’t taste like much. If you made it in something though, like soup or in a salad. It wouldn’t taste so bad. You probably wouldn’t notice it. Unless the texture of it grossed you out. The same goes for tofu, some people don’t like because of the texture. But tofu basically absorbs whatever it is in so then it tastes like what it is in.  

It is up to you if you want to try kale. For you the health benefits may weigh out the earthy taste, or maybe for you, you have no desire to try it because of the texture. In my opinion kale can just stay in the ground on the shores of California and Florida.

Ausitn Mahone

Austin Mahone got his start on YouTube. He and Justin Bieber have quite a bit of similarities. They both got their start on YouTube by posting covers. Well Austin Mahone has finally hit big time. He opened for the VMA's pre-show. He also won the "Artist To Watch" award. I am personally a fan of Austin. Well after winning the award Austin Mahone was just about to kick off his tour for it.


Until he was tweeting about not feeling good. He said it was just the flu. No one was too worried until he was hospitalized. Austin has a 103 degree fever. His team says he was dehydrated but didn't say from what. Now they say he had a blood clot. He is now forced to reschedule his tour for next year. I almost bought tickets to see him in Rosemont, Illinois. I hadn't bought my tickets yet. Now I am not so sure I am going to buy them.


From his tweets you can tell he is very upset about letting his fans down. He did not want to do this. He just wanted to perform for his fans. He now has to wait at least 2 month until he can do a tour. I'm very confused on what exactly is wrong with him. Before he made it sound like a little cold or the flu. It did not sound this bad.


His tour was supposed to start Thursday. I think the worst part about this situation is that a lot of the shows he was supposed to perform were supposed to be with other singers. So re-organizing a new tour is going to cost quite a bit of money and it is going to take longer for them to get everything for the new tour together. That it may be late 2014 before his new tour starts.


I honestly hope gets better and that this isn't going to be long term.

 

The Jonas Brothers

Okay my inner tween is going to come out in this post. I just know it. The Jonas Brothers kind of started on their own. They really owe their start to Nick Jonas the youngest brother. At a young age he was performing in Broadway shows. That is what got them recognized. Then they were put on the Disney scene.First they did "Camp Rock" by this time they already had at least one album out. Then they did a show on Disney called "JONAS". That was a big success, then came "Camp Rock 2" At this point in time I liked them just not as much as I did when they first came out.

Then as they were older they came out with more music. Then they had a show on E! called "Married to Jonas" It was about Kevin Jonas the oldest and his new wife Danielle. The boys were still a big part of the show. As all reality shows there was some drama between the boys and the families. Right as the show ended they went on tour.

Now they are back for another tour. Two days before the tour was about start they cancelled the tour. If you go to their site it says there are no tour dates. Not only that but the boys are breaking up as a band. They say they are drifting apart musically. They can't agree on the direction of their music. This all sound ridiculous to me, they have played music together for eight plus years. Nick wants to experiment and try new things but Joe the middle brother and Kevin want to stay with poppy music. The boys didn't want to go on tour with this much fighting which makes sense.

Another rumor that is going around is that they didn't sell enough tickets. This also makes since. I feel like people just aren't as interested in the Jonas Brothers anymore. There are two hot new bands to take their place, The Wanted and One Direction. An insider says that the tickets weren't sold out but they the sales were fine. I really don't know anybody that would see the Jonas Brothers in concert anymore. Unless I won the tickets.  To be honest I didn't even know they had new music out. I know in the show "Married to Jonas" they were in the studio. Other than that they have kind of fallen off the face of earth. If were them and there was this much dispute with the direction of the music they should go separate ways. If one of them wants to go a different direction he can. Or another one doesn't want to do the music thing he doesn't have to.

Molly

I didn't know why the name Molly became so popular lately. Who is she? Why is everyone talking about her? Well Molly isn't a person it's a drug.  I still don't know what Molly is. According to Urban Dictionary Molly is a form of ecstasy it can be in powder form or in capsules. It’s supposed to be white when it is pure but it can be beige a mustard color. Molly is rarely pure it usually mixed with other things.

Well the reason it has been popular lately is because there are songs about it. Tyga raps about it. Nicki Minaj has a line in her song "Beez in the trap" where 2 Chainz says a verse "Got your girl on molly".  Kanye West also has line in his song "Blood on the Leaves". The line goes "When we tried our first Molly and came out of our bodies..." 

When people you look up to or you like start doing something you might want to try it to. Well that's exactly what people did. One of the common effects of Molly is euphoria. This is what makes it so popular. After about 45 minutes of taking the drug your brain is flooded with hormones that heighten you senses. This makes everything around you amplified.

There are negative effects to Molly some of them are kind of scary. One of them is throwing up. Other people felt like they had no control over their bodies after taking it. It can cause tremors and a rapid heartbeat. It can also increase blood pressure, depression, sleep issues and severe anxiety. These side effects could happen right after or days later. It also disrupts your body's ability to regulate its temperature. If your body fails to regulate its temperature this can cause organ failure or death. Another down side to Molly is that you don't know you are overdosing. People who take Molly can feel tired or hot then end up going into a coma with out anyone even noticing. As I said before Molly is hardly ever "pure" well when it is mixed with other drugs and make the negative effects magnified.

Most people take drugs to have a "good time" or to "relax". By the sounds of it though Molly has more negative side effects than it does positive. A lot of the side effects that come with doing Molly can happen immediately after taking the drug. Basically the drug affects different people differently.  People have died from taking Molly. I would avoid it all costs because you don't know how it reacts to your body. 

Celebrities with/without make up

When ever you are at the grocery store you always see on the front of a magazine it says "(insert major celebrity here) without make up shocking truth!" I don't understand why it matters what they look like with out makeup. If I was a celebrity there would be no way in heck that I would wear makeup everyday and every time I went out. I am quite  lazy I wear what I want and whats comfortable. I occasionally try to look nice, but some days I just want to trough my hair up in to a bun and put sweats on. Celebrities are probably no different they probably have days they just want to go to Starbucks in peace.

I'm not saying they all look amazing without makeup. I'm just saying that it shouldn't be such a big deal if they don't wear makeup. They shouldn't have to look their best all the time, lets be honest we don't always look our best at all times either.

Another thing I don't like that we criticize celebrities for is the  "fashion police" or "the worst dressed". Everyone has their own unique style. Just because it's not in right now or it was already in doesn't mean that they should be judged for it. I feel like it is mostly girls who get judged on what they wear. If they wear something that is not "in" they get criticized and half the time the outfit isn't even that bad.  I honestly don't know how celebrities put up with all the stuff they half to go through. Hate from people online, hate from magazines, hate from celebrities I would most likely end up loosing my mind. Which some of them do.  (498)

Bieber in South Korea

Justin Bieber is being accused of assaulting a DJ's tour manager, at a club.  The DJ's name was Michael Woods. Justin went up to the DJ at the club and apparently demanded him to play some hip hop. The DJ then told just to **** off. Justin then tried to hit the tour manager, Alex Madden. Then Justin ran off with his security. This is all according to E! Online.  E! then shows pictures of Justin in the DJ booth. This is where it gets interesting....

The DJ in the picture is actually Justin's DJ. He has been on Justin's tour since he was on the My World Tour.  Justin's DJ does a lot of DJ gigs when Justin is on Tour at night clubs. So it makes more since that  Justin is there with his DJ. The club promoter says there was no punch thrown. The club supported Justin and the DJ didn't get to finish his set. I think the DJ and his tour manager just wanted Justin to look bad. As if the media hasn't already made Justin look bad enough as it is. After the incident the DJ at the club and his tour manager wouldn't comment on the issue.  I'm not sure how I feel about the whole situation. I mean I am belieber but I try to see both sides of the argument, which is hard to do.

Looking at from someone who isn't a fan, they probably think Justin is jerk. It is hard to tell though. I guess the only people that know the truth are Justin, Justin's body guards, the club owner, the DJ and the people at the club.  That is the hard part though is what the media says, is it actually the truth. I know that Justin is a good person and he makes mistakes. But what about other celebrities. That make mistakes what if they are just perceived wrong by the media.  The media could be over exaggerating the truth to make the public feel a certain way about that celebrity because of their past. Or they made one mistake so lets keep exaggerating the truth so they can continue to look bad. We don't really know what celebrities really are like. Just how they are perceived through the media and what they post on social media sites. That is not enough to know how the celebrity really is, or how they act when its just them. 

Anyway I guess the point is Justin could have punched that guy in the face but I highly doubt he actually did. (432)

Rebel Wilson

I have liked Rebel Wilson since she was in "Bridesmaids", then she was in "Pitch Perfect" and I fell in love with her. Everything that came out of her mouth during that movie made me laugh so hard, to the point where I couldn’t breathe. In every movie she is in she plays a very odd character. I then saw her in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" She was funny in that also. She is kind of awkward though. Not in real life but in roles she plays in. Nobody really knows what to say around her. She just says weird off the wall things. It has been recently announced that they are making a "Pitch Perfect 2". I cannot wait for that to come out. I just hope it just as good as the first one was.

I love Rebel Wilson for more than her movie roles. I love her personality too. Her parents must have known she was going to do great things with a name like Rebel. Not only that but she has two middle names. Her full name is Rebel Melanie Elizabeth Wilson. Another thing I love about her is that she is very comfortable in her skin. I was wish I was that comfortable in my skin like she is. She was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and she had pink poodle slippers on and the Jay Leno said "Nice shoes!" Rebel responded by saying "I kind of like them, they take the attention away from my double chin." No one says that especially on live TV, but Rebel doesn't care. Rebel doesn't really dress to impress either.  She wears what is comfortable. I honestly don't think she cares what she looks like she does what is comfortable for her.

Here are a few unknown facts about Rebel. She is a distant relative to Walt Disney. Maybe that why she is so great. She also has three siblings in case you are wondering she isn't the only one with a unique name. Here are her siblings’ names, there is Liberty, Ryot and Annachi. Not only is Rebel Wilson funny but she is also smart. She has her law degree from New South Wales. This is my favorite fact about her, if you have seen "Pitch Perfect" the line Rebel talks about crystal meth.(if you haven't seen the movie there is the link to the scene) That line was totally improvised and she didn't even realize she said it until she was watching the final cut of the movie. She basically gave herself a pat on the back for it. Just from personal experience I think that is one of the most quoted line in that movie.

Ten Weeks of Music Mondays

On October 2nd Justin Bieber tweeted "Sunday Midnight #heartbreaker #MusicMondays #10weeks" I was so confused. Was his new single Heartbreaker coming out on Sunday night or in ten weeks? Then I found out that every week for ten weeks he is going to release a new song. The first one comes out tonight. For those of you who aren't beliebers. Back in May of this year Justin posted a picture of the album cover on instagram of Heartbreaker. The caption said "Soon". Justin has been saying it was supposed to come soon since then. He has been saying it was coming soon since then. He also told us it was on the internet and to go find it. Well what really happened is that Justin was so excited about it he posted the picture of the album cover. It wasn't even the official album cover at the time. Beliebers were going crazy wondering when the heck it was coming out. So we are now more excited for it come out than ever. 

Justin also has another new movie coming out around Christmas time. It is going to be called the "Believe Movie". The same guy the directed "Never Say Never" is directing the "Believe Movie" I am more excited about the "Believe Movie" because so much has happened throughout the duration of filming this movie.  All the drama that has happened with TMZ and also the breakup with Selena. 

If you couldn't guess by the title "Heartbreaker" is about the breakup between Justin and Selena Gomez. I am listening to as I am writing this post and it is a catchy song. There is also a lot of passion in the song. If there was video for it on YouTube I would post it so you guys could hear it. But as of right now it is only on iTunes. Here is what Justin said about the song "It's a song for people going through a heartbreak- like I was when I wrote it. It means so much to me to be able to share what I was going through, with my fans. I'm very proud of this song and I hope it give my fans some insight to my heart-JB" My favorite part in this song is when it slows down and it sounds like Justin is talking to you he says "Now the seasons may change but love goes from sunshine to rain but I'm under this umbrella and I'm calling your name and you know I don't want to lose that". Just listening to that line the first time caught my attention.  I just love that part. It is so true especially for younger relationships. 

Even though I am a belieber and my opinion may be slightly bias, I love this song. I don't think it's like anything Justin has done before. No artist has done anything like this. Most artists spend months and months working on an album and then release it all together. I kind of like looking forward to a new song every week. Also Justin isn't most artists; I think he has established that already.  (518)

Adele

It may seem that Adele has kind of fallen off the edge of the music world. She did so well with her album 21, then had a hemorrhage on her vocal cord she had to have surgery to get removed. Everyone was very concerned for her voice. Now there are rumors going round that she is going back to the studio.  She is working with Ryan Tedder from One Republic. Tedder says that her voice is better than ever. 

I am personally excited for her new album. I heard a lot of the singles from 21 and then purchased the album and I loved it; every single song on the album. I have been waiting and waiting for her new music to come out. She kind of fell off the world like Lady Gaga, but Lady Gaga got weirder when she came back into the light, as if that was possible. Hopefully Adele comes back better than she was before. People are saying she is better than she was, which is hard for me to believe because she was amazing before. She has a great voice. Not only that, her lyrics are really relatable, especially if you have gone through a breakup. I feel like 21 is her best album to date. I’ve tried listening to her other albums, and yeah they are good, but at the same time 21 is fantastic. 

When talking about Adele I was curious how she got to where she is. Well it all began when a friend of her dads, who is a record producer. Asked her to sing "Heart of Glass", that is when she realized she wanted to be a singer. She went to a secondary school, and while she was there she met Mary J Blidge. She had a big influence on her songs. She wanted to perform but at her school she had to learn to play the clarinet to be in choir. She then switched schools. At her new school it was all about the music. There was no extra stuff on the side. In 2006 she graduated and that was when labels started to notice her and the rest is history. 

One of my favorite things about Adele is that she just doesn't care. Her label told her she needed to lose weight and she replied by saying "I am happy the way I am." Then her label tried to tell her to quit smoking and she didn't. She does what she needs to do for her and not for anybody else. (424) 

Nathan Sykes and Ariana Grande

On September 24th, Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes made it official that they were dating. I was totally rooting for them. Once I saw them do their duet for Mortal Instruments,  I  thought they would be so cute together. The song they sing is called Almost Is Never Enough. They were singing it on all the late night shows and you could just see the passion in their eyes. I knew there was something between them. My favorite performance they did was the on Live With Kelly and Michael One of the things I like about them dating is that they came right out and told their fans. They didn't try to keep it a big secret. Nathan Sykes actually tweeted and said "So, I guess it's obvious now ... thanks to everyone who is being so lovely. I'm so happy! ❤ #butweareterrified #pleasedontkillme #orariana" Nathan tweeted this at 8:44 am. Ariana tweeted about it at 8:46 am on September 24^th. She said, "we hesitated saying anything as people can be a bit insensitive but thank you  ♡  we value all of you happiness, thank you for valuing ours :)"  I love that they did this. There is still one thing that confuses me. 

 Ariana was dating a you-tuber and I didn't know they ever broke up. His name is Jai Brooks. After doing some research it looks like they dated for about a year. They started dating in August of 2012 and broke up this last August.  Jai is a part of group of guys called Janoskains that make YouTube videos. Jai and Ariana were dating long distance. Jai was from Australia. It just wasn't working. People are saying that Ariana got over Jai too fast, but I don't think so. I think that her and Jai were becoming distant before they broke up, so she didn't take the brake up as hard as if they were constantly together the whole year they were together.

If you don't know who Ariana Grande is, she was on the show “Victorious” before the show ended. Now she is on a new show called” Sam and Cat.” In both shows she plays a ditzy girl. She acts like she is dumb and she talks in an annoying voice. I know she is so much better than that. Shortly after Victorious ended she was signed by School Boy Records  and her manager is Scooter "Scott" Braun. That name may sound familiar to you as he also manages Justin Bieber. Ariana Grande is perfect; she can sing, act and she is beautiful. I really liked when she had her hair dyed red. It showed she didn't care what people thought about her and she did what she wanted. Now she dyed her hair back to her natural color. It is beautiful. She is just amazing.

Nathan Sykes is in a band named The Wanted. They are also a part of School Boy Records. In June they had a show on E! called The Wanted Life.  It was quite the success. Nathan and the other band members are quite hilarious. The boys are drunk a lot of the time. At the same time, they know when to be serious. Nathan recently had to undergo throat surgery. He had vocal nodules. He has recovered though and is now better  than before. 

 I love Nathan and Arianna I wish nothing but the best for them. They are going to be great together.

Sims 4

I am a simmer. I have been playing Sims 3 since it came out. My cousin was the person that showed me the world of Sims. I was walking into her house and she had this game up. She basically showed me how to play the game.  Ever since then I have been hooked. I thought that Sims 3 was amazing when I first downloaded it. Then we come to the expansion packs. I have almost all the expansion packs for the Sims 3. Now they have more than one upped the Sims 3, more like quadrupled the Sims 3. Now they are coming out with Sims 4. I can’t wait for it to come out, but there is one small problem. It's not coming out until next summer. 

They get you all excited about it and then you read the release date. Not only that but you can pre-order it right now for $74. This is so far the most expensive of the Sims games.  I hope The Sims 4 is going to be worth it. The Sims are now going to have emotions. Their emotions can change from conversations with other Sims, with the decor in there house even with what they wear.  If you have played Sims before one of the best things about the Sims 4 is that you can change the body of your Sims a lot easier. All you do is drag and click. 

When building houses in the other Sims games, when it came to making the house just how you wanted it, this was time consuming. First you would have to build the house then you have to add the furniture and once you are done you play with your Sims for five minutes and you are bored. Now with the Sims 4 you can just add a room and do the furniture all at once. Then all you do is attach it to the house.  It also makes moving things around if you get bored of the house a lot easier. 

There is one thing that I don't like about any of the Sims games. If you had Sims 2 and you bought all the expansion packs, then the Sims 3 came out and you couldn't transfer anything from the Sims 2 to the Sims 3. In most cases you have to uninstall Sims 2 to install Sims 3 or your computer starts running slow or it doesn't have room for the Sims 3. The same goes for the Sims 4. You can't transfer anything from the Sims 3 to the Sims 4. I know that when the Sims 4 does finally come out I am going to buy it. Here is a trailer of the Sims 4 (457)

Now You See Me.

Now You See Me came out on home video at the beginning of this month, September 3rd to be exact. I saw this movie in theaters with a friend. We both loved it. I wanted to go see it again before it came out on DVD, but I never got the chance to.  Either way now that it is out on DVD I cannot wait to see it again. 

If you haven't heard of this movie yet, let me give you a little run down.  The movie is about four magicians who live in separate parts of the country.  They all receive the same invitation that takes them all to New York. Each of the magicians is a different type of magician. They each have different talents. They go to New York and they end up teaming up together and doing magic shows all over the country. They call themselves the four horsemen. They do a show where they rob a bank and get arrested. The police try to catch them in the act. Once they rob the bank an investigation begins and Dylan Rhodes gets put on the job (played by Mark Ruffalo). He calls on Thaddeus Bradley (Played by Morgan Freeman). Thaddeus basically takes magician acts and dissects them to figure out what the trick is. Then he makes a show about it and exposes it to the world.  Throughout the movie you think you are rooting for the Four Horsemen, but by the end you see that that changes and you are supposed to see something else;  something bigger. This movie was so good. It was full of plot twists that kept you interested. It helps that Dave Franco is in it, but that's matter of personal opinion.

My favorite quote in this movie is, "The closer you look the less you see." It just reminds you that you need to step back and look at the bigger picture once in a awhile. If you are trying to figure something out, if you keep looking at the finer details, you won't ever figure it out unless you step back and look at the whole thing.  

A lot of the reviews are mixed on different sites. On Rottentomatoes.com, the reviews are mixed right down the middle. Some people love it and others hate the ending or that it was dumb. On IMDB.com the reviews are that 70% like it and 30% didn't. But a lot of people that I have talked to loved it!  Now that it is out on DVD I am definitely going to buy it and I suggest you should at least check it out and decide for yourself. X Factor (The Auditions)

This week so far I have been trying to catch up on the long lists of shows I am behind on, while trying to do homework at the same time. Today when I got home I finished Auditions number 3, and started on number four. Wow! There is a lot of great talent this season. X Factor is one of my favorite singing shows. I love the judges, I also love that there is not an age limit. 

If you haven't heard of X Factor before then let me break it down for you. First of all they broke up all the constants into four separate groups, there are the boys, the girls, the groups and the over 25. The age is 12 or older to audition. Something that might confuse some people is that there are two X Factors. There is also X Factor UK and  X Factor Australia.  They have had some great artist that have come from the X Factor here are a couple Emblem 3, Olly Murs, Cher Lloyd, and of course One Direction.  The judges this year are Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio. 

This year they have a host for the auditions. Last year they had Mario Lopez and Khole Kardashian for the live shows hosting. I am not sure how I feel about having a host. Mario Lopez bothers me.  I think he is annoying, I don't think they need a host. They have done just fine with out it in the past. After auditions then each judge gets a group. (boys,girls, over 25, and groups) The only time I see a need for a judge is during the results. I just don't like Mario Lopez as the host. 

Mario Lopez had done every show. I feel like they need a new host to host everything. I think that they have such a good panel of judges. Then it came down to picking a host and they just picked Mario because he has experience. I just think they should have used someone different. A different celebrity host or just not have one.   

If you have missed the auditions here are some that you need to check out Al Calderon he sang Sara Smiles. It was amazing I was not expecting him to be so good and he has beautiful eyes. Another one to check out is Josh Levi he is 14 and he sang Come and Get it by Selena Gomez. When he started singing the song sounded familiar. I wasn't until the end of the song that I realized what song it was. He did so good. I don't particularly like this song but he put his own twist on it. It was awesome! The last audition that I am going to talk about made me tear up a little bit her name is  Rion Paige. She has some disabilities but she voice is awesome. She was just so adorable If you don't check out any of the other auditions you have to check out Rion's audition.  I should probably finish my homework now. Even though I want to keep watching X Factor.  (524)

What does a fox say?

I am sure we have all had this thought before. What sound does a fox make or a zebra for that matter? The difference is that some actually made a song about it. In the beginning the song sounds like it's a children's song. It goes through each animal and says what noise they make. The video is somewhat normal to begin with. Then it gets freakin' weird. The guy who sings it is all of a sudden in a fox costume and he is like but the one sound no one knows is what does a fox say?

First of all why does it matter that we know all the sound of the animals. It's not like we can talk to them. Second of all I think the guy that wrote this song while under the influence of illegal substances and the video for that matter. Watching that video is three minutes of my life I will never get back. You would think that he would make a howling noise for a fox. Well he doesn't he makes the weirdest sound affects you will ever hear. If you have seen the video you know what I mean. If you haven't the link will be at the bottom of this post

As if it could not get any weirder it does! Then all of a sudden this old man appears with a child on his lap it appears he is reading him a story. The old man is also making the weird noises.  The only logical explanation that I have for the weird noises is that its different noises that the fox makes in different countries. Then the next verse he is describing the fox and is saying it’s his angel in disguise. He acts like he is in love with the fox which is just down right creepy if you ask me.

The end is the weirdest part. At the end of the video the singer is still making ridiculous sounds but there is an animated fox that just looks weird he is also making the weird noises. The whole video is just weird and creepy. The song is annoying but at the same time it's catchy and it gets stuck in your head. To the point where it is driving you crazy and everyone else around you crazy as well. I am not sure who told this guy it was a good idea to make this song or the video. Liam and Miley

Tonight I was drinking some hot tea and pondering this topic. The topic everyone is freaking out about..... Miley and Liam. We all know that Miley and Liam have been on the rocks the last couple months. Once Miley changed her look she changed her attitude. I miss Miley as Hannah Montana. I loved her music and she was so inspirational. 

 

Now she is acting the exact opposite of how her dad wanted her to be raised. Also not how she wanted to be seen. People magazine brought back an older cover of their magazine. The cover had Billy Ray on it and it said "Raising a teen star the right way". I am not sure what happened during this time. Maybe it had to do with her parents almost divorcing. I am not really sure.

 

Once she changed her hair she also started to change. Everyone was freaking out about her hair. I mean its hair, it grows back. I don't think everyone expected this. I don't think Liam expected it either. Liam isn't getting out of this either. There were rumors that he was cheating on Miley with January Jones. The whole time that Miley and Liam were together they were off and on again. Liam's rep denied him being with January though. 

 

I think the stupidest part about them breaking off the engagement is that it was made official by Miley un-following Liam on twitter. I am sure they had talked previously, but at the same time have we really come to this. At least he didn't end it like Russell Brandt did with Katy Perry. Brandt ended it with a text. I am not sure which is worse. 

 

Either way I don't think Liam is ready for all of Miley’s changes. I don't think anybody was really ready. I think it's just too much for Liam to handle. He didn't show up at the MTV VMA's to even support Miley. I think he knew what she was up to. He could have at least warned the rest of us. At the same time though then it might have looked like he was bashing on Miley. Now as I finish my cup of tea I will also finish this topic by saying I miss the old Miley and Liam could do way better.  (386)

 

Miss America 2013

Nina Davuluri was crowned the first Miss America of Indian descent. It seemed that this year’s theme was being different. Miss Kansas was tattooed all over her arm, she bow hunted and she could speak Chinese. So why is everyone freaking out about Nina Davuluri. She is an American citizen. Why does it matter that she is from Indian descent. All of the candidates are from different descents. She was Miss New York. I don't understand what the big hype is. I thought America was over the whole race thing a long time ago.

In the past Nina has battled being obese and bulimia. After overcoming both of those she is very passionate about healthy living. A lot of the hate she is getting is over twitter. A lot of the comments being made are stupid and don't even make any sense. Someone even went as far as calling her a Muslim.

 

First of all even if she was Muslim why does it matter? We are in the 21st century, race and religion shouldn't be that big of a deal as it was in history. Second of all she is Muslim, she is from Indian descent. People act like that she moved to America just to when Miss America. Her dad came to America 30 years ago, and she is 24 years old. So she has lived in America her whole life.

 

This has happened before with the Miss America pageant in 2010. Rima Fakih was the first Miss America of Lebanese descent. When she won people instantly thought she was a terrorist just because she was Arab. Which is just stupid. That's like saying everyone who is American is a redneck which living in America we know it’s not true. People know their opinion before they even know all of the information. If the judges thought that Rima or Nina did the best then who is America to judge them.

 

Either way I think Nina deserved to win. She used her culture as a part of her performance. She did traditional Indian dances mixed with Bollywood dances. I don't understand why everyone is freaking out. She is an American citizen. It's not like she flew over and was like I am going to win miss America this year. She has lived in America her whole life. Everyone just needs to relax and quit being so judgmental.  (397)
